The traveling continued in the last quarter of 2023. I traveled to LV to see Adele and visited two more countries. Below are the things I preferred for the last two months of 2023: November and December.

One. Mayonnaise. I do not get the hate mayonnaise receives. It’s creamy, it’s tangy. It goes with almost anything! Mayonnaise is the world’s perfect dip, spread, and sauce.

Two. Passport stamps. I love passports because it catalogs all of the places you have been to. Passport stamps are a terrific reminder of places you’ve traveled to and a souvenir.

Three. A well-made steak. I love the Hawaiian steak found at Hillstone restaurants. It is tender and so flavorful.

One thing not preferred: Noise.
