My favorite month of the year is September. I think of September as a month of change and rejuvenation. There are school supplies in stores, paper to be written on, books to read, and things to learn. The weather is changing ever-so-slightly. There’s a crispness to the mornings and evenings, and the sun is still up for walks after work. There is not a better month, in my opinion.
The winter is brutal in the region of Wyoming where I come from. The wind is constantly blowing and is incredibly loud. The spring is short-lived and surprisingly chilly, and summer is too hot.
September is the perfect autumnal month, which makes it my favorite
Danielle.
Oh how I wish September meant autumn where I live! Here in North Carolina, real autumn doesn’t really start until the middle of October. The heat and humidity lingers way too long in my opinion!

This is definitely a grass is always greener kind of thing, lol! The humidity just feels icky and gross!
